At Insite, we hold the view that any language is learnt only by applying on 2 aspects. Observing and Hearing out people who speak the particular language well.

Let us think about the way we all learnt speaking our own mother tongue. Did we learn the grammatical aspects first or did we consciously learn sentence formations? Not at all. We learnt our mother tongue observing and hearing our parents, our parental figures like uncles, aunts, grandparents speak the language at home. We modeled them and picked up the language to express ourselves likewise. English like any other language is also to be picked up the same way.

People in India, uncomfortable with speaking English well, suffer confidence issues especially if employed in corporate world. It certainly does affect their growth personally and professionally. An impending belief that speaking English is only for those who were educated in English medium schools is another belief that hinders working people from villages who find jobs in big cities. Further the lack of English speaking skills affects the opportunities to work in American or European countries.

In our observation and understanding. The solution to picking up English language well, doesn’t lie in mastering English grammar and its technicalities. All that is needed is to provide a comfortable atmosphere to learners, to be able to try expressing themselves with whatever little is possible and slowly get better at the language. That’s what we do at Insite. We consider aspects like theatrics, art and everyday conversations to help learners pick up the language.

Our focus is laid more on picking up and using English phrases which are more easy rather then stand alone vocabulary for better fluency.
